When you sign in, Supabase processes your email address, account identifier and basic profile information supplied by your sign-in provider, such as a display name and avatar. Your collection stores the cards, quantities, languages, printings and conditions you add. Price alerts store targets, trigger conditions and delivery status. Bounce or abuse suppression records store the email address and reason to avoid sending to an address that cannot receive or rejects messages. These data provide the features you choose.
To create checkout, we send Waffo Pancake your account email, account identifier, plan identification, and the terms version and time of your acceptance to associate the subscription and record payment authorization. We store order identifiers, subscription status, access expiry, and payment-notification event identifiers, processing times and results. Full payment card numbers and security codes are handled by Waffo Pancake and its payment partners at checkout; our payment endpoint does not collect or store them.
When you contact support, we process your email, message, order details and related correspondence. Do not send sign-in links, passwords, full card numbers or security codes. The site uses email-link or Google sign-in and does not ask you to create a site password.
Account, collection, subscription and billing data are processed to perform our contract with you: delivering requested services and handling payment. Support correspondence is processed to perform that service or respond to a request you initiate. Optional price alerts rely on your consent when you enable them and can be stopped at any time. Security, troubleshooting and fraud-prevention data protect the service and its users on grounds of legitimate interests where permitted by law or legal obligations. Legally required records are retained on grounds of legal obligation. Google Analytics is used to understand site traffic, page views and interactions and improve the site. Where permitted by applicable law, we rely on our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the service.
Depending on applicable law and the purpose, our grounds are performance of a contract, your consent, a legal obligation, or legitimate interests in service security and improvement where permitted and not overridden by your rights. Where separate consent is required, we seek it first. This policy is not blanket authorization for every use.
We use authentication cookies to maintain and refresh your sign-in session and a site-language cookie to remember the interface language for one year. Google Analytics uses analytics cookies (such as _ga) to measure page views and interactions, understand traffic and improve the site; these cookies are not used for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking authentication cookies may prevent collection, subscription and alert features from working. Third-party checkout has its own cookie policy.
Supabase provides authentication and storage. Google handles Google sign-in when selected and site-usage data for Google Analytics; Gmail handles support email. Resend processes recipients, alert content and delivery events when alerts are enabled. Waffo Pancake handles payments and refunds. Vercel provides hosting and technical logs. We provide data needed for those functions or disclose data in response to lawful legal, court or regulatory requirements.
We do not sell your personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Payment and other providers may also process data independently for their own legal obligations; see the provider policies linked below.
Card images and links may come from third-party sites. Loading an external image or opening a link may send your IP address and browser request information to that site. Hosting and service providers may also generate technical logs to operate the service, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
Account, collection, active alert and bounce/abuse suppression data remain while your account is open to provide the requested features. After verifying an account-deletion request, we delete or de-identify these data within 30 calendar days. Holdings or alerts you delete are removed from the live database.
Our subscription-management records remain for 3 years after paid access ends and are removed at a retention review within the following 30 days. Account deletion may remove account-linked management records earlier. Payment-notification events and email-delivery logs stored by us remain for no more than 120 days. Support correspondence remains for no more than 2 years plus 30 days after a request is closed. Google Analytics data retention follows the analytics property settings and Google's policies. Expired data are deleted or de-identified.
Accounting records required by law and records needed for unresolved refunds, disputes or fraud investigations may be retained longer for that purpose with other uses restricted. Payment records, technical logs and backups held independently by Waffo Pancake or other providers follow their policies and applicable law. Our deletion does not immediately erase provider-held records. Contact us for retention information relevant to you.
The site uses HTTPS, authenticated access and server-side account-identifier checks for private data. Payment notifications must pass signature verification before subscription access is updated. Payment private keys and database service credentials are server-side only. No system guarantees absolute security; protect your sign-in links. If an incident affects personal data, we will investigate, take remedial action and notify affected users and authorities within applicable legal deadlines.
You can edit or delete collection holdings, disable or delete alerts on the alert page, or use an alert email's stop link. Signing out does not delete your account. Cancel automatic renewal before requesting account deletion to avoid further charges.
Email mightywingwing@gmail.com from your account address to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, a machine-readable export, restriction or objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity, but not a full card number. We normally handle requests within 30 calendar days, or sooner if required by law. Any legally permitted extension will be explained in advance. Rights are subject to applicable law and necessary retention obligations. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal. You may also complain to the competent data protection or regulatory authority where you live.
Price alerts are sent only when you enable them and can be stopped at any time. The site currently does not send marketing email. Stopping alerts does not cancel a subscription or stop sign-in, billing, security or essential service messages. If marketing email is introduced, applicable consent and unsubscribe options will be provided separately.
The site serves users in the United States and other regions and is managed by an operator in China. Account, support and provider data may be processed outside your country, including access by the operator in China and overseas provider infrastructure. Storage locations depend on service configuration and provider policies. International processing remains subject to applicable data protection and transfer requirements. This policy does not replace any legally required consent or transfer mechanism. Contact us for locations and safeguards relevant to your data.
Accounts and paid services are intended for people aged 18 or over who can legally enter a contract. We do not target minors or knowingly collect account data from people under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided personal data so we can verify and remove the relevant data.
This page shows its version and update date. We will give at least 15 days' notice through the site or your account email before material processing changes affect existing users. Changes required by law or urgent security needs will be communicated as soon as practicable. Where a new purpose requires consent, we seek it separately; continued use does not replace that consent.
